EXHIBITOR RENTAL INFORMATION:
10'x10' Inline Vendor Booth: $400 + tax/fee
10'x10' Corner Vendor Booth: $500 + tax/fee
6FT Artist Alley Space: $225 + tax/fee
EXHIBITOR REFUND POLICY:
50% Vendor and Artist Alley space until two months prior to the Ocala Comic Con.
No Refunds after that time period.
ELECTRICITY & INTERNET ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH EXHIBITOR SPACE.
*Each space comes with (2) vendor Badges. Additional Vendor Badges will be available for purchase during load in.
*Spaces will come with (2) chairs and (1) 8ft table
If accepted, we will send you a Paypal invoice where you'll be able to purchase your space. No space will be reserved until payment is made.
We reserve the right to deny any exhibitor and refund any exhibitor payments if we feel at any time they are non-conforming to our event. We reserve the right of booth/artist alley placement.
